A 7/16″ Grade 8 bolt for the torsion arm pick-up on a Micro Sprint birdcage. Small part, completely load bearing – this bolt carries suspension load every corner of every lap.
Grade 8 matters here and is not optional. The birdcage-to-torsion-arm joint sees repeated high load in shear, and a hardware store bolt in this position is a genuine failure risk rather than a theoretical one.
Sold individually. Inspect it at every nut-and-bolt and replace rather than reuse a bolt that has been torqued repeatedly. Fits standard 600 Micro Sprint birdcages. In stock in Fresno, CA.
