Our in-house made torsion bar bushing reamer simplifies reaming torsion bar bushings to size. Free spinning torsion bars are a must – a bar that binds in its bushing cannot deliver its rate, and no amount of stop adjustment will fix it.
This is the tool that turns a frustrating, guessy job into a repeatable one. If you have ever fitted new nylon bushings and then wondered why the car went tight, this is the reason and this is the answer.
