Description
The V-braced front bumper gives your D1 more front end protection than a bare bumper without the risk that comes with a push-style front bumper. In a big crash a push bumper can dig in and transmit load in ways you do not want; the V brace spreads it.
Stainless steel construction, 3/4″ x .065 wall material, built by Driven Performance in Fresno, CA. The stainless finish also means it still looks right after a season of mud and pressure washing.
Fits the D1 600 Micro Sprint chassis. If you race in traffic on a tight bullring, this is worth the upgrade over a standard front bumper.
