Triple sealed momentary switch, used as the starter switch on a 600 Micro Sprint. Momentary means it makes contact only while held – exactly what you want on a starter, and exactly what you do not want failing on a hot restart.
Sealed construction is the entire point. An unsealed switch in a Micro Sprint cockpit fills with clay and fuel vapor and then either sticks closed or refuses to make contact at all. Neither is a good outcome with a hot motor.
