Engine motor plate slider for all model years of Yamaha R6, 99-05 and 06-current. Sold individually to replace a part in your existing motor mount assembly rather than as a complete kit.
The motor plate is what the engine actually bolts to and what slides when you set chain tension. It carries the full weight and torque reaction of the motor, so a bent or elongated plate means an engine that is no longer square to the chassis – which shows up as chain wear you cannot explain.
