Description
Everything you need to rebuild an MCP master cylinder from the ground up – seals, o-rings and internals in one kit. A master cylinder is not a lifetime part, and rebuilding one is dramatically cheaper than replacing it.
Brake feel degrades slowly enough that most 600 micro sprint racers never notice it happening. The pedal gets a little longer, the bite point moves, and you compensate with your foot without ever thinking about it. A fresh set of seals brings back a firm pedal and a repeatable bite point, which is what lets a driver brake to the same mark lap after lap.
Rebuild kits are cheap insurance and worth doing as annual off-season maintenance rather than waiting for a failure. If you are pulling the master cylinder anyway, do the reservoir fittings and lines at the same time. Call us if you want the fittings and line package quoted alongside it.
