Swedged 4130 chromoly brake rod, 20.5″ length – the standard length for most 600 Micro Sprint brake rods. 7/8″ outside diameter with 7/16″ heim thread.
4130 chromoly rather than mild steel matters on a brake rod. This part is in compression every time the driver hits the pedal, and a rod that flexes turns a firm pedal into a vague one. Chromoly gives you the stiffness without the weight penalty of a heavier wall.
Fits 600 Micro Sprint pedal-to-caliper brake linkage using 7/16 heims. Heims sold separately. Built by Driven Performance in Fresno, CA.
