The Total Power 15 lb large racing battery has the cranking amps and reserve capacity to run electronic fuel injection, a cooling fan, a fuel pump and everything else on a modern 600 Micro Sprint.
This is the battery for an EFI car. An injected motor draws considerably more than a carbureted one – fuel pump, ECU and injectors all running continuously – and undersizing the battery shows up as a car that gets hard to restart late in the night.
