This is the tool we use in house on our team cars. Do not trust the master link that comes with your chain, always use a rivet link to make your chains or you will eventually pay the price. The master link clip is not designed for the chain to rotate backwards and when it does, it catches your Chain Guide Block and pops off, ultimately resulting in a thrown chain. Chains are tough to make, but the more you do it, the easier it gets!
